Maximum Pest Management LLC is unique in that unlike most pest control companies, we do not require you to sign a service contract. Why should you be stuck with a pest control company that is not giving you results? The results we deliver and the service we provide is our bond. We want you to be our customer because you are satisfied with the service we are providing, not because of a contract that binds you.

Pricing is dependent upon the pests we are controlling and the frequency of service desired.

I had sprayed many times with stuff from the stores and still saw regular activity. I'll tell you what... This is grade A extermination!!!! Mike came out, he was so knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Explained everything thoroughly. I had those pest sticky pads out in the garage and they had spiders on them the next morning after being out out. After Mike sprayed, there hasn't been one bug of any kind on it, and that was a week ago! And the pads are right by the opening of the garage door. I've seen dead spiders, which is the only kind of spider I like to see. His stuff works! And now with regular maintenance, I will rest easy knowing my daughter and I are less likely to run into those jerks, especially the recluses! Thanks Mike!

This is what makes our company unique in the pest control industry. You can try us with an initial service and not be forced into an agreement if you are not satisfied with the results. This is pest control that you control!
Initial Service
We always begin with an initial service and inspection at your home or business. The initial service allows us to address your immediate pest control concerns and to notify you of any other pest issues through an inspection. We will also discuss options for continued preventative pest control if you want to continue service. Following the initial service, pricing is dependent upon the frequency of future service. It’s that simple!
Special Consideration
There are some pests or levels of infestation that require very specific pesticides or control techniques that fall outside the cost of regular pest control. These pests include (but are not limited to) termites, fleas, bed bugs and mosquitoes. We offer control solutions for all of these pests, but it requires a different standard of treatment. Additionally, a large infestation of any pest may also require an additional level of treatment. These issues are best answered with a treatment solution specific to your circumstance.
